Return & Exchange Policy
At The Outfit Co (TOC), we want your shopping experience to be smooth and hassle-free. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing a request.
Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges are applicable across all product categories, subject to product availability and price adjustment, if any.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Each customer is entitled to two exchange transactions only.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- Refunds are processed in the form of store credits only, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Clear product photos are mandatory for all return and exchange requests.
- The photos should clearly show the product condition, tags, packaging, and any concern, if applicable.
- No return or exchange will be accepted for perfumes.
- No return or exchange will be accepted for any lingerie item, due to hygiene reasons.
Return & Exchange Charges
On every return or exchange, a flat charge of INR 100 will be applicable.
We do not charge any separate delivery fee or reverse pickup fee from our customers. Since delivery and reverse pickup are third-party costs that every brand incurs, we keep it reasonable with a flat INR 100 charge per return or exchange request.
Store Credits
Once the reverse pickup is completed and the returned product is received and approved after quality check, store credits will be issued within 2 business days.
Store credits are valid for 1 year and can be used for future purchases on our website.
To use your store credits, simply log in to our website. Your credits will appear automatically during checkout under The Outfit Co Points.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or not in their original condition.
Return or exchange requests may be rejected if the product does not pass our quality check.
